Why work at LSF?

LSF is the name of our farm, Lynn South Farm. We’re a family-run 4th generation farm in Shropshire, who specialise in growing and processing eco-friendly petal confetti and long-lasting dried flowers. LSF is a fast-expanding business which expands considerably in the summer months, employing a number of temporary staff during the peak wedding and harvest season.

We care about the people we work with at LSF and we treat our team like they’re family. We like to think it’s a pretty exciting place to work too!
