Meet the Team – Hannah

She’s approachable, enthusiastic and driven, meet your new Account Manager at LSF Wholesale, Hannah Adams. We are incredibly proud to welcome Hannah into the team and build long-lasting relationships with your business.

We caught up with Hannah in the Petal Shed, to ask her a few questions and get to know her a little better.

What first attracted you to work at LSF Wholesale?

Having gained most of my professional experience working in the commercial vehicle industry, I’ve had the opportunity to develop both customer account management and engagement skills, along with my project management experience. Working for a brand like LSF Wholesale excites me, as it is clear the brand is set to continue growing year on year. With the right team, LSF Wholesale will become an even more successful business. I wanted to be a part of this growth and take the opportunity to mould what the future will look like for the brand, using my skills from an extremely unpredictable and fast paced environment.

What is your favourite part of working here so far?

I get excited during my commute to the farm. There are absolutely no Sunday night blues or dread for the day ahead – I didn’t know that existed!

What do you think makes our team culture unique?

The team’s objectives and values are all aligned. There is a huge amount of trust and flexibility which creates an environment where everyone is happy and wants to do a good job!

What are your goals for the next few months/years?

I have so many it is hard to pin point only a few! For me, my main focus is to define our partners and customers into sectors and offer them a tailored experience. This way we can understand what the needs are for that sector, become experts and ensure that we are increasing our customers sales and widen their customer base!

If you could choose one word that sums up LSF what would it be?

LSF was created and has prospered during one of the most difficult times the economy has faced. My one word would be agile.

Have you got a favourite dried flower bunch yet?

Absolutely, I adore our British grown Lagurus! They make a stunning statement on their own and add a charming touch to any fanciful flower arrangement.

What’s the last song you listened to?

Could be Wrong – Lostboyjay

What’s one thing on your bucket list?

Visit Cappadocia, Turkey and watch the hot air balloons take off at sunrise.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

I feel like I’m giving away one of my big conversation leads, but my husband and I eloped and married in Vegas!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Time travel! There are so many great people I have met in life that I didn’t get chance to ask the right questions. I’d like time to reflect, review and go back and ask!

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

Confidence! Confidence will get you to the exact place in life you want to be. Manifest a big dream whether it be a holiday, a promotion or a perfectly risen cake – where there is confidence (with the right ingredients) you will be sure to succeed!
